Who We Are

The Mezz Fund is a private Alberta based company established to provide mezzanine financing to real estate developers throughout Canada. The Mezz Fund is operated by a Management Team consisting of leading Calgary based businessmen who have combined for over 100 years of experience in real estate lending, development and investment.

The trustee for the Mezz Fund is Gibraltar Mortgage Ltd. Founded in 1974, Gibraltar is an experienced and successful Alberta based commercial mortgage company. Gibraltar is licensed under the Real Estate Council of Alberta.
