What We Do
We provide mezzanine financing to real estate developers throughout Canada. We assist developers with their equity requirements by "bridging the gap" between the senior lender's construction loan and the amount of equity the developer has available.
Once we lend the money to the developers, we syndicate these deals to investors, giving our investors the opportunity to invest in real estate and earn superior returns through these secured loans.
