- Satisfaction of a strict set of conditions is required prior to funding;
- Your investment is always secured against the title to the real estate;
- Your investment is managed under the terms of a Mortgage Servicing and Trust agreement with each investor;
- Each investor is paid monthly interest through direct deposit on the first of every month;
- Investing with the Mezz Fund is very easy and requires no administration fees.
